Beautiful bar area, but rooms are small and have maintenance issues.

Everyone here was amicable and absolutely excellent.
Breakfast was FREE OF CHARGE, glorious views, excellent location next to has open 24 hours and other downtown points of interest. I got the club king room, it was fashionable and airy. Bunker Hill Steps was a walking distance from the hotel, truly enjoyed its location near the Metro Subway station. Tbh, had a really nice stay for two nights.

The hotel is beautiful with incredible breakfasts and welcoming staff.

beautiful place but service needs a boost
The building dazzles with stunning architecture. The cocktail bar is a must-try for great drinks and lively atmosphere.
The gym equipment was a tad dusty and lacked cleaning supplies.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. Unfortunately, some aspects were lacking; the single-glazed windows let in significant noise from the air conditioning outside. The internal unit was quite loud, resembling a jet engine, which disrupted the peace at times. Bathroom amenities needed attention; water pressure was inconsistent and hot water was just a trickle. Housekeeping was attentive, promptly replacing towels and assisting with requests. Despite these issues, the historic decor and helpful staff like Caro at the front desk added a welcoming touch to the stay.

Charming historical ambiance with a few caveats
The Biltmore Los Angeles boasts stunning historical architecture and a beautiful lobby that captures the essence of its past. some amenities fell short, and service could be uneven.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including location and rooms, I loved it. Pool was nice, comfortable to sit around. Classic hotel in a great area of Los Angeles. Very close to a subway station, easy to get to the venue.

It has central location, yet the area is horrible.

A fantastic base for exploring vibrant downtown attractions!
Staying at this grand hotel put me within walking distance of so many great spots; I enjoyed the easy stroll to the Disney Hall and the historic downtown area, plus numerous restaurants like Water Grill and Pitchoun just steps away, which made dining delightful after a day of exploration. The staff were super friendly, and the pool was nice and warm for unwinding after my walks; I had a great experience overall, but I did feel like some room upgrades might enhance the stay even more.

The rude staff made check-in a nightmare, and our room was filthy with a used condom on the floor.

Can't understand the reviews on the hotel. Very clean, rooms very generous by American standards, staff very friendly, the location phenomenal.really very good for a city hotel in a metropolis of millions. Of course the hotel is getting on in years. However this does not stop the whole thing, I'd come back here all the time.

The lobby is stunning, and the pool area is impressive, but the overall experience didn’t match the hype. Check-in felt cold; we weren't welcomed warmly. The spacious room had a charming vibe, but the small bed was a letdown. Noise from outside disrupted sleep, and cleanliness was off—dirty walls and spots on blankets. Parking was a hassle despite prior arrangements. The history here is rich, but the amenities are lacking, and the hotel feels outdated. I did enjoy the body lotion, but that alone doesn’t justify the price. Would think twice before returning.
